1. Website Use and Service Inquiries

Provide accurate contact and event information when requesting a proposal. You must be authorized to provide the phone number and other personal information you submit. Do not use the website or messaging program for unlawful, abusive, or misleading communications.

Submitting an inquiry, preparing a text, or discussing a menu does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. Availability, menu, service scope, pricing, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and rescheduling details must be agreed directly with Chef Jaleel before a booking is confirmed. Any written booking agreement governs those event-specific details.

2. Inquiry Delivery

The website prepares your inquiry for review, but does not send it automatically. “Open Text Message” opens a compatible messaging app, where you must send the message yourself. Delivery depends on your device, messaging service, and carrier. You can also copy your inquiry or call (806) 523-7494. Opening a message is not confirmation that we received it.

Chef Jaleel Manns Private Chef Notifications

Program Description

Direct transactional and inquiry communications regarding private chef bookings, custom menu design, schedule confirmations, and customer support. Messages may include reservation updates, menu proposals, and booking confirmations. This program does not authorize promotional or unrelated marketing messages.

Optional Enrollment and Consent

You opt in by actively checking the optional SMS-consent checkbox and communicating that choice to us through your sent inquiry. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Submitting the form, supplying a phone number, or sending an inquiry without checking the box does not enroll you in ongoing SMS notifications. You may request services without SMS enrollment; if you decline, your prepared inquiry requests a response by email.

The website itself does not send automated messages or independently store your consent. Your prepared inquiry includes your consent choice and its context for your review and transmission. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Cancellation / Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

After the unsubscribe confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from this SMS program unless you opt in again. To rejoin, follow the same optional opt-in process. Opting out of texts does not itself cancel a dining reservation; contact us directly about booking changes.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost & Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your booking status.

Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan. SMS availability and delivery depend on your device, network, and carrier.

SMS Privacy

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile information for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. 4. Menu Planning and Dietary Information

Tell us about allergies, dietary restrictions, guest counts, and venue requirements during planning, and communicate changes before the event. Menu details and accommodations must be discussed directly with the chef. Do not assume that submitting a dietary note alone confirms a particular accommodation.

5. Privacy and External Providers

Our Privacy Policy explains the information handled through the website and direct communications. Your device, messaging app, carrier, and other external services are subject to their own terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or message delivery.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as the website, services, or messaging requirements change. The current terms will be published here. Changes do not replace an existing written booking agreement or constitute consent to new or expanded SMS purposes.
